Refund policy

For damaged or incorrect items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Returned with all original packaging and tags attached
• Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the return conditions outlined above.
